Manchester City got their Champions League campaign off to the perfect start, with an entertaining 6-3 win over RB Leipzig.
Pep Guardiola’s side ran riot at the Etihad, despite a hat-trick from Christopher Nkunku for the German side. Nathan Ake, Jack Grealish, Joao Cancelo and Gabriel Jesus were among the City goalscorers.
Grealish, with his first ever Champions League goal, will take the plaudits, as will the returning Kevin de Bruyne who shone on his first start of the new campaign after a few injury issues.
