Manchester City are willing to include players in their offer for Harry Kane, after making an opening bid worth £100m for the Tottenham forward, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Guardian reporter claims that Spurs will reject the proposal but the Citizens are seemingly willing to engineer a part-exchange deal which could see one or more of City stars moving in the other direction:
Manchester City made an official proposal to Tottenham for Harry Kane. £100M guaranteed + availability to include players in the deal.#THFC have NO intention to accept. Harry wants to go, but Levy will try to keep him. ❌
Harry now focused on the Euros, then it’ll be decided.

Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling have been suggested as possible makeweights in the past few weeks, but it remains to be seen whether Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will even countenance such an offer.
Reports have indicated that the Spurs supremo will stick to his £150m valuation and, with City very unlikely to match that figure, it could lead to a long-drawn-out transfer saga, with other teams such as Chelsea and Manchester United getting involved.
It may require Kane, who scored 33 goals last season, to push for a move but, as Romano also says, negotiations will most likely only take place after the European Championships
