The decision to sell players including Ferran Torres, Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko has meant that City are in a very healthy situation when it comes to Financial Fairplay.
Whether Director of Football Txiki Begiristain is lining up a big offer for a high-profile player next summer, it isn’t known, but the Premier League champions do have a great deal of room for manoeuvre in the transfer market.
