Football Manager (FM) is the world’s leading football management simulation title. The latest edition of the game, FM21, is out now on PC, Mac, Mobile, Touch and Xbox.
The Football Manager database currently contains data on more than 800,000 individuals and 45,000 active clubs.

This is what Harry Kane’s Football Manager 2021 profile looks like in-game as of July 3, 2021.
Kane is a truly world-class striker with incredible attributes in all areas, including 19 finishing, 18 passing and more.

With Kane in the City squad next season, this is what happened!
Kane’s 2021/22 season at City
The results of this simulation were clear to see, with Kane spearheading an incredible City side that was by far the strongest squad in the Premier League.
Kane had an outstanding individual season under Pep Guardiola in 2021/22, scoring 29 goals and registering 14 assists in 58 starts in all competitions.
Kane got 18 goals and 9 assists in 35 Premier League appearances, finishing just three goals short of the league’s top goalscorer Mohamed Salah.
The England striker finished as the club’s top goalscorer, which will come as no surprise, but that only told half of the story.
Because Kane also made more key passes than any other City player and registered more assists than any other City player.
Bernardo Silva, Raheem Sterling, Kevin De Bruyne and Phil Foden also had strong individual campaigns in terms of attacking output.
At the end of the 2021/22 season, Football Manager 2021 put together an overall best City XI, based on performances, statistics and other metrics.
This is how the best City XI looked in 2021/22 according to FM21.
Full City best XI: Ederson; Cancelo, Dias, Stones, Tagliafico; De Bruyne, Rodri, Foden; Silva, Kane, Sterling.
Kane featured as the club’s central striker, with Foden playing mostly in central midfield and new signing Tagliafico featuring at left-back.
So, how did City perform in all competitions in our simulated season Kane in the squad?
City’s 2021/22 season with Kane

Kane helped City retain the Premier League title in 2021/22, with Guardiola’s side winning 97 points from 38 games, finishing six points ahead of Liverpool in second.
City conceded fewer goals than any other side and scored more goals than any other side, ending up as deserved league winners.
But the good news doesn’t end there.
With Kane in the side, City were an unstoppable force in 2021/22, as Guardiola’s men secured an incredible quadruple.
As well as the Premier League, City won the Carabao Cup, FA Cup and the Champions League, with Kane scoring in the final of each competition.
City beat Arsenal in the Carabao Cup, beat Liverpool in the FA Cup and Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
Football Manager 2021 predicts that if City were to complete the high-profile signing of Harry Kane from Tottenham this summer, they could become the undisputed dominant team in European football, securing every trophy imaginable, including the Champions League and the Premier League.
