Manchester City are looking to sell Bernardo Silva for around £50m to £60m, according to reports in the English media.
The Portuguese international is said to have asked to leave the Etihad Stadium but fans on Twitter believe the Citizens should be holding out for a much higher transfer fee:

Looking at rumoured transfer cost figures being banded around £ 50 to £60 million for Bernardo seems a bargain to me. If these clubs can’t afford it tough luck

Considering City signed Silva from Monaco for an initial £43.5m back in 2017, the Premier League champions would only really be getting their money back for the midfielder.
When you also factor in that he is still only 26 years of age, and he has improved as a player over the past four years, it really is a surprisingly low asking price.
There are some mitigating reasons, including the fact that Silva wants to be sold, and the financial impact of the global health crisis has hit transfer values, but even so, it appears someone will be getting a bargain if the Portuguese star is sold in the coming weeks.
